EVP Home

EVP stands for Electronic Voice Phenomenon. It is the recording of sounds not necessarily heard by just your ears. EVP's are very easy to get and are captured all the time. I must add, though, there have been times I tried getting EVP and came up empty handed. Spirits communicate when they want...not always when you want. I use a digital voice recorder that I bought for $30 at Wal-Mart. My friend likes the voice recorders that use minicasettes but uses both. You can also record EVP on camcorders (or even cell phones with video capabilities as my mom recently found out). All new EVP's will be posted here immediately. They will be sorted by year and the links for each year are at the top of this page. All EVP clips are posted exactly as they were recorded. I do absolutely nothing to alter them apart from adjusting the volume before saving them to my computer. ENJOY!!!

On another trip to a cemetery, a friend of ours catches a young man saying,

Here, my daughter and I are looking at a strange picture my mom took. Right after I say "cool" a girl spirit is heard copying me in a whisper. Then my daughter says it, too. After that, the spirit whispers,
