February 22, 2009 Our youngest daughter, Makayla's, bedroom door is straight across from our bedroom door. I was getting ready to open my door when Makayla opened hers. I turned around to see what she wanted. She told me then closed her door. As I turned back around I saw a young girl with long hair standing not 5 feet from me in the somewhat dark hallway. Her hair was black and her face was white. I saw blurred dark areas where her eyes were. The girl's clothing was black and white. I saw her for just a split second. By the time I realized what I saw I looked back and she was, of course, gone.
March 3, 2009 My mom's house has a lot of activity. Anything from doors slamming, to apparitions, from shadows to banging and footsteps. I went to her house to spend the night. About an hour after I got there, she and my sister and I went outside. I came back inside to get something when I heard what sounded like someone throwing something big against the side of the house. I immediately went out to see where everyone was and found that no one was in that vicinity. I went back inside and started hearing footsteps from upstairs. Later that night, I took a digital voice recorder and my KII meter upstairs to my sister's bedroom. I recorded for about an hour and have yet to see if I got any EVP's. I'll keep you posted. Update: No EVP's were found this time.
June 19, 2009 Yesterday evening I was going to my oldest daughter's room to tell her something. She and three friends were in her room. To get to her room, you have to go through the bathroom (really odd setup, I know). Anyway, I went to open the bathroom door and felt someone behind it. You know, like when someone (not as strong as you) is behind a door trying to block you from opening it? It felt like I was pushing them back. When the door was open enough, I looked around the door to find no one in the room. It wasn't possible for any of the kids to be tricking me because the door opens on the right side and the bedroom door is just to the right of the bathroom door. It's been quite some time since I last experienced anything. I was beginning to wonder if the spirits were even still here.
